I took these photos on my journey to and from the library today. I currently live really central (which will change in a few weeks), and I love walking around the city center. It's good exercise and there are always plenty of photo opportunities!

Today my route took me across Lambeth Bridge, through the park on Millbank, past Parliament and Westminster Abbey, down Whitehall to Trafalgar Square. I had lunch with my friend Riikka at Nam in Soho and then headed down Strand to Chancery Lane where I spent a few hours on my dissertation. It had been so warm this afternoon but true to London form, the clouds set in this evening and apparently a big storm is on the way tonight. The wind had picked up as I walked back across Waterloo Bridge and down the South Bank which was brimming with tourists as it has been all summer!

  1. Beautiful! I love the first skater pic.
I really miss London. I hope I can go there again next year. Living so far from Europe right now makes me want to see London again even more. :)

@Rina--I thought you lived in Germany? Are you visiting lands afar right now?

  3. I study in Australia for one semester, so yes, I'm pretty much afar. :) I'm here for about a months now and will return to Germany shortly before Christmas.
